How to become a buyer

Escante, Inc. only sells WHOLESALE. You must present either of the following - valid resale permit # or business tax Id # or business license before your order is processed. You may request an account form to be emailed or faxed to you.

Minimum order

Minimum order for new accounts is $100.00 for customers within the USA and $300.00 for international customers. No minimum order is required for succeeding orders.

Processing Time

Shipping time frame is usually within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt. During peak season shipping time frame is within 2 - 4 business days. Items on backorder do not apply.

Payment Methods

For all customers within the USA, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
For international customers, we only accept wire transfers.
For COD payments, we accept Company Check or Money Order.
Net Terms are subject to approval. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for net terms approval.

Shipping Mode

All order is shipped from San Antonio, Texas via UPS Ground unless expedited or air service is requested.

Backorders

Backorders sent until the account has been flagged "No Backorders". Shipping charges apply on all backorders. If you do not want us to process any backorders, please specify on the P.O. or notify our office.

Reshipping and Restocking

Refused and returned shipments will be charged at 15% restocking and/or reshipping fee including initial shipping cost incurred. This fee will be added to your order or succeeding order. We reserve the right to place your account on a prepaid basis after 2 refused shipments.

Returned Checks

A returned check fee of $25.00 will be added to your balance due for every check returned due to insufficent funds.
