Claims, Returns & Allowances:
Discrepancies in quantities, incorrect merchandise or damaged items shipped must be reported within 5 days ofreceipt of your order. No claims shall be made on used goods. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Escante, Inc. All Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued to you once your request for return has been approved. Returned items will be exchanged or replaced or a credit memo will be issued for the amount of the returned item.
